If you want a PDF copy of your purchase order and don't want to send it out by email, you can use options in the "More" drop down menu (top left of the PO screen) to make that happen.
This is a two step process (it is automated when you send the PO by email). You must first select the "Release PO" option, then use the same drop-down to select the "PDF Purchase" option.
The Release option will only be available to you if the purchase order is within your PO approval authority (as defined by your account administrator)
