How to re-activate (undelete) an item record

To re-activate an item, first go to the items list.
Step 1: Go to the items list

  • Check the "View Inactive" check box
  • Select & open the item record you wish to re-activate
  • Expand the "Other Details" section
  • Check the "Active Item" check box
  • Click "Update" or "Save & Close" to complete the operation.
Re-check the active flag in the Other Details section
